Humidity and Temperature Room Sensors

EE10 is dedicated for accurate relative humidity (RH) and temperature (T) measurement in residential and commercial HVAC. The RH and T measured data is available either on two analogue outputs, or on a BACnet or Modbus RTU interface. The measured data corresponding to the active outputs can be read locally on the optional display. Additional physical quantities are available on the Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP interface: absolute humidity, mixing ratio, enthalpy, frost point temperature and water vapor partial pressure. The stylish enclosure is available in two sizes according to regional standards. The back cover, which contains only the screw terminals, can be mounted and wired first. The front cover containing the electronics can be simply snapped onto the back cover right before commissioning. Thus the active part of the device is not exposed to construction site pollution and can be replaced without tools within seconds.

The EE800 is optimized for demand controlled ventilation and building automation in residential and commercial applications. Versatile The EE800 combines CO2, temperature (T) and relative humidity (RH) measurement in one device with modern design. Additionally, it calculates the dew point temperature (Td).
Outstanding Measurement Performance
The EE800 incorporates the E+E dual wavelength NDIR CO2 sensor, which compensates for ageing effects, is highly insensitive to pollution and offers outstanding long term stability. A multiple point CO2 and T factory adjustment procedure leads to excellent CO2 measurement accuracy over the entire T working range.
Analogue Outputs, Digital Interface, Display
EE800 features analogue outputs or RS485 interface. At the EE800 with RS485 additional physical quantities are available via Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP: absolute humidity, mixing ratio, enthalpy, frost point temperature and water vapor partial pressure. The optional display shows the measured values alternately.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
The EE800 enclosure is available in two sizes according to regional standards. The snap-on design facilitates the replacement of the active front part within seconds while the wiring remains intact. Furthermore, it makes possible to wire the device without exposing the electronics to construction site pollution.
Configurable and Adjustable
An optional USB configuration adapter and the free EE-PCS Product Configuration Software facilitate easy setup and adjustment of EE800.

OEM Humidity and Temperature Sensor

The EE040 is designed for cost-effective measurement of the relative humidity (RH) and temperature (T) in OEM applications. It employs the high quality EEH210 RH and T sensing element, which stands for reliable and long term-stable measurement performance.
The electronics board and the components are protected by a special varnish. In addition, the proprietary E+E coating protects the RH sensor against dirt, dust and corrosion, which leads to excellent long-term stability even in polluted environment.
The measured data is available on two analogue voltage outputs.
The EE040 design, the plug connection and the mounting flange included in the scope of supply facilitate the design-in, installation and replacement.

Protective sensor coating (option C1):

• The E+E proprietary sensor coating is a protective layer applied to the sensing elements, their leads and soldering points. The coating substantially extends sensor lifetime and ensures optimal measurement performance in corrosive environment (salts, off-shore applications). Additionally, it improves the sensors’ long term stability in dusty, dirty or oily applications by preventing stray impedance caused by deposits on the active sensor surface or on the electrical connections.

Product Details-

• The EE220 humidity and temperature transmitter with pluggable, interchangeable probes is optimised for clean room, food and pharamaceutical industry.
• The EE220 basis unit can accommodate one combined EE07 RH and T probe or two separate EE07 probes, one for RH and one for T. The probes can be plugged onto the basis unit either directly, or with M12 extension cables up to 10m (32.8ft) long. A loop calibration or adjustment in the field, as required by the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) regulated industries is easily possible for the EE220 with two separate probes.
• The EE220 basis unit is available with polycarbonate or with metal enclosure, appropriate for suitable for wall mount or for installation on rails (DIN EN 50022). An optional kit facilitates the mounting of the probe in a duct.
• For surface moisture monitoring or for the early detection of condensation danger, EE220 can accommodate the EE03 RH & T module (see data sheet EE03).
• The E+E proprietary coating protects the humidity sensors against corrosion and dirt, which leads to best long term stability even in harsh environment.
