The construction consists of a liquid chamber formed by one metal piece and a pair of flat glasses that have smooth finish on both sides and are fitted on front and rear side of chamber and all held together by Hex-bolts as shown in the adjacent figure.

The chamber can be fitted with gauge valves, for operator safety – gauge valves stop flow into the level chamber, in case there is any accidental damage preventing spills.

Due to transparent nature of the flat glasses, the contents of the liquid chamber are directly readable through the viewing windows.

Tubular Level Gauges are used to visualize the level in low or medium pressure application. Tubular Level Gauges are mounted on the side of the tank / vessel. It consists of Glass Tube, Packing Material, End Blocks and Isolation Valves, vent plug, drain valve etc.

The gauge consists of a vertical chamber that fills with the fluid from the tank or vessel. The level of fluid in the chamber matches the fluid level in the tank, and the level is dictated by the interface line between the liquid in the chamber and the vapor in the chamber.

Bend version float switches are used for applications where in there is a mounting constraint from the top. These bend version level switches have rugged construction and can be used for both indoor & outdoor applications.

Magnetic Reed switch being the sensing element, the float switch operates on a simple principle. A float encircling a fixed stationary stem, is equipped with powerful permanent magnet. As the float rises or falls with liquid level, the magnetic field generated by the magnet that is present within the float actuates a hermetically sealed Reed switch mounted inside the stem at a preset level. This in turn makes or breaks the contact of the Reed switch.

Float Level Transmitters Are Ideal For Continuous Level Monitoring In Water, Diesel, Chemical And Oils For Accurate Level Measurement. The Output Is Not Affected By Liquid Type, Temperature, Pressure And Other Physical Parameters. The Transmitter Is Factory Calibrated And Is Ready To Use.
